Monkey Love

We love taking walt to Monkey Joes.  I am sure that francine will love it soon too!  She cuddled with dad while walt jumped, slid, and climbed.

Francine loves the bath!

She just discovered in the past week that you can SPLASH in the bath.  She just loves the bath even more now.

OK, so let's just say that Sara's not fully on-board with the new haircut, but we are all in agreement that it wil grow back....

Francine works to call Aunt Jessica and has a very busy snow day

Francine has reached that state of development where she wants all phones and remotes to go into her mouth.  We also had a snow day on Tuesday even though we (in the city) only had about 2/3".  This is how I found Francine sleeping during her morning nap.  :)

Walt paint master and balloon warrior

For Christmas Walt got finger paint for the bath, we tried it out, he loves it.  On Sunday we went to Family day at the Missouri History Museum there  was an AMAZING balloon artist there.  Walt wanted a purple dragon and that is what he got.

Snowman in Des Moines

Walt and Victoria wanted to make a Christmas Eve Snowman.  Well that meant that bob and I did most of the work.  The kids loved it.  Victoria started to eat the snowman's snow.  So Dan said, "Don't eat the snowman!", well walt must have heard "Eat him" because he walked around to the front of the snowman and ate the carrot!  Sheesh! 

Wichard Christmas

We hosted the wichards for a Christmas Celebration on Wednesday.  We spent the day with the immediate family during the day and then bob's extended family came for a party at night.  It was a really fun day.  

Francine still loves the Exo

She is a big fan of standing and the exosaucer she gets to stand with help and play with the toys.  Diane and Wally have the same one as us at their house, so Francine was quite at home with theirs...
